The Zion covers an area of about 400 sq. ft. and has a master bedroom on the main floor and a full-size kitchen.
It measures approximately 12.5’ in width and length of 44’. It also includes the covered deck. The living room can be accessed through the full-light French doors, while the rear door can be used to enter the master bedroom directly.
Walnut accents are used for its interior to contrast well the white-colored ceilings and walls. The home is provided with further attractive colors with black handrails, light gray cabinets and dark flooring.
The living room has upper windows and a real couch. The living room has a breakfast bar that separates the kitchen space.
There is lots of workspace in the kitchen having a 4 burner range including a vented microwave, 25” farmhouse sink and quartz countertops. Also, are present custom cabinets having glass inserts, stackable dryer/washer and 18.1 cu. ft. refrigerator!
For the study/office area, there is provided a walnut desk, while the pocket door ensures greater privacy.
The master bedroom has a private entry, accent wall, inbuilt cabinets and room to accommodate a queen-sized bed and nightstand on either side. A large loft is built above the bedroom with room to accommodate two twin beds.
The bathroom has a walnut trim mirror, vessel sink, flush toilet, and custom shower having tile surround.
