There is built an electric fireplace in the living room with stone surround. Also is present a huge picture window, two chairs and a full-sized couch.

The solid wood, fold-down table can accommodate four people easily. When not used, it can be kept against the wall, thus saving precious space.

The kitchen is designed with a marble backsplash, large counter, oven, gas cooktop and double sinks to increase convenience.

There is a large pantry bookend at its own end, while the other end has a full-sized refrigerator.

The owner and guests can derive a cozy sleeping place with two large lofts along with a skylight.
