Urban Kootenay is a custom tiny home that combines clear cedar accents and black-standing seam metal siding.
It boasts of having a stunning exterior. Its fold-down deck and full-light French doors help enhance living room size to the outdoors.
It is 28’ in size. Its interiors are provided with several upgrades including a blue-stained pine ceiling, white wall boards’ hickory flooring and modern window trim.
There are a small wood stove and an inbuilt couch with storage inside the living room.
The kitchen boasts of having white shaker cabinets, L-shaped gray-colored quartz counter combined with pull-out leaf and a white-porcelain tile backsplash. The leaf offers dining space for two.
Appliances offered are Vesta dishwasher, Dickenson Mediterranean propane including 9.2 cubic feet refrigerator having a bottom freezer.
The bathroom is upgraded to include a dryer/washer combo, frameless mirror, square vessel sink and a tile shower.
Above it is constructed a bedroom loft having inbuilt closet space and privacy wall.
